Boston Public Schools

This year the Boston Public School is preparing for the Council of the Great City Schools Conference (CGCS) to be held in Boston this coming October 2011.  It’s a coalition of the 66 largest urban school districts in the country. About 700 Superintendents, School Board Members and other educators will attend the conference, which is held in a different member city every year. One of the host district’s tasks is to propose a theme/tagline for the conference, accompanied by a logo to use on all conference publications, signage, swag, etc.

Boston Public Schools in conjunction with Horan Communications has turned to INDUSTRY11 to create this highly visible brand and to develop a unique presence for this years event. Based on the theme “A New American Revolution: The Reform of the Great City Schools”, we designed and delivered branding in alignment with this bold concept.

Deliverables

In partnership with the Boston Public School committee, INDUSTRY11 will delivered the following:

  • 3 Design Concepts with sample usage imagery and included color pallets.
  • Simple Style Guide for brand usage upon final approval.
